The doctor explained all through the procedure what she was going to do and why, and gave me the option to stop at any time if it was too painful. She was very kind and considerate, as were all the other staff helping. I felt very looked after at all times. Thank you so much :)

Dr. Ismail made me feel at ease. The questions she ask me were clear before the procedure. I didn't have to wait too long. Dr. Ismail did the procedure and I felt quite at ease with a little discomfort. The two nurses were lovely and chatted to me and they made me feel calm. Thank you to them all for looking after me and the great work they do. I don't think they could have improved the way they did the job and the care they gave me. I had a lovely cup of tea afterwards which was welcomed.
